The room was well layed out and very clean particularly the bathroom The location was ideal for shopping and eating in Chester Ideal car parking space Easy to find The full English breakfast was delicious
Despite it was advertised I can have access to my room at about 2pm I could not get in until late afternoon due to the owner closing up to do his shopping The coffee and orange juice tasted very cheap

great service with minor parking challenges
The bed felt comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Staff exhibited a wonderful level of care, accommodating an early check-in smoothly.
The car park is rather cramped, which could be a concern for larger vehicles.

I stayed at the Ba Ba Guest House for 2 nights fri and sat for my boyfriends birthday in June. Its a lovely place to stay and welcoming, June was lovely and was very helpful and friendly. Its a great location into Chester and a short taxi ride to Chester zoo( June arranged a taxi for us :) We had a comfortable stay very clean, great shower, tea an coffee etc in our room everything u would need and expext really. We were very impressed with the breakfast! Tea and coffee, fresh juice, cereal, fruit, yoghurt loads of choice as well as toast and full english!!! We would definately recommend to stay here we would certainly stay again if we came again. There was also an Indian restaurant and The Shanghai restaurent which we dined at just down the road too :)

charming spot near great parks and cultural landmarks
I loved how close the guesthouse is to Chester's town centre, about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the Chester Cathedral and the beautiful Grosvenor Museum, both of which are perfect for a leisurely stroll through history while enjoying the vibrant city.

Lady (June) who greeted us was lovely.
We paid £75 for a box room on the 2nd floor with a sink! Although we had our own bathroom, it was down the hall way. Breakfast was poor with little choice. Had to ask for glasses for juice and even milk for cereal, all served by a giggling teenager - Overall not at all impressed. Visit Chester regularly and will not be staying here again.

Cosy and comfortable, handy location and great service.
It would be good to have irons in bedroom, wifi password clearly advertised and I would have preferred to pay in advance with company credit card.

The best value for for money guesthouse I have stayed in. I asked that the room not be cleaned with chemical cleaners prior to my arrival as a precaustion to my sensitivity.. Not only had they done this but also removed any residue that may have been lingering. The room was large, comfortable, excellent desk space to work at & good lighting. There were tea/coffee facilities and biscuits. The bathroom was small but clean and fresh with complimentary shampoos etc. Breakfast was fresh & excellent. They even allowed me to leave my car in the carpark after checking out. I would certainly stay here again & woule reccommend Ba Ba Guesthouse to friends & family & business associates.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The standard of the room let this property down . The property matched expectations (shame the hanging baskets had not been put out) but the room sadly did not. The bedding and furniture was of poor quality and needed restyling. The room (at the top of the property) was very hot and the road traffic very noisy.

I had a lovely stay, enjoying the comfy room and a delicious breakfast each morning. The cozy lounge area and outdoor garden were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The only minor thing was the restricted parking, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendlyband helpful. The house is old and so is the facility. My bed has a big pit on one side. It definitely needs tone replaced or repaired. The house is 15 minute walk from the city center. A nice walk.

The room was super spacious with comfy oversized chairs. Breakfast was delish and the owners were really nice, even made sure my gluten-free breakfast was taken care of. It's just a short walk to the train station so that's a big plus! The parking was handy too, right on site.
only a couple of things would make it better, like having bigger mugs for tea and the tv didn't have a signal.
